Bio
BioDany Waller is a Lunar Vertex co-investigator, vector magnetometer suite instrument scientist, and mission archive scientist. As a DART investigation team member, she supported the Science Operations Center and worked with the LRO LAMP and Mini-RF science teams. She led data product pipeline development, algorithm development and optimization for noise reduction and anomaly tracking, and advanced analysis of large datasets. Waller has experience in geophysical modeling of magnetic fields and interpretation of remote sensing observations, as well as instrument characterization, calibration, and performance quantification. She is interested in crustal and oceanic magnetism, modeling and simulating surface conditions on the Moon and other rocky bodies, and fusing complementary datasets such as magnetic field measurements and UV-NIR wavelength observations. Waller is currently pursuing a Doctor of Engineering at ÃØÃÜÖ±²¥ University in materials science and engineering.
