Withdrawals and Refunds
For each teaching period, there is a specific date after which you can withdraw from study but are not entitled to a refund of fees.
If you withdraw from study or drop individual classes after the withdrawal date, you will receive the grade WDN (withdrawn). This won't affect your Grade Point Average.
Please check the Key Dates or the ÃØÃÜÖ±²¥ University Calendar for the exact dates of each enrolment period.
If you are leaving for a semester, or discontinuing your study for at least 12 months, please notify the university to enable your record to be updated correctly.
Please complete a withdrawal form (listed below) and return it to withdraw@lincoln.ac.nz. If you are on campus, come in to the Student Administration office and discuss your withdrawal with our staff.
To apply for a refund of tuition fees, please fill in a refund form (listed below) or email studentfinance@lincoln.ac.nz. International students should refer to the International Student Tuition Refund Policy for detailed information or contact the International Student Advisor for assistance.
