What you will learn

After successfully completing this course, you¡¯ll be able to:

  1. Apply value management and multiple criteria analysis to complex problems.
  2. Analyse the financial and strategic dimensions of real estate decisions, reconcile the two perspectives and synthesise ways in which property assets can contribute to overall organisational goals on a sustainable basis.
  3. Rigorously research, analyse, critique and reflect on corporate and retail real estate strategy, organisational structure, process, practices and information systems.
  4. Manage complex corporate and retail property portfolios with an informed, pro-active and assertive approach, while reflecting professional, corporate and social responsibilities.
