After successfully completing this course, you¡¯ll be able to:
- Apply value management and multiple criteria analysis to complex problems.
- Analyse the financial and strategic dimensions of real estate decisions, reconcile the two perspectives and synthesise ways in which property assets can contribute to overall organisational goals on a sustainable basis.
- Rigorously research, analyse, critique and reflect on corporate and retail real estate strategy, organisational structure, process, practices and information systems.
- Manage complex corporate and retail property portfolios with an informed, pro-active and assertive approach, while reflecting professional, corporate and social responsibilities.
