What you will learn
After successfully completing this course, you will be able to:
- Create a minimum viable product (MVP) with a clearly defined problem and solution.
- Demonstrate resilience by iteratively improving the MVP.
- Pitch a product or service concept with a clear grasp of business model basics such as supply chain, manufacturing, and finances.
- Write a comprehensive business proposal based on a pitch and MVP to encompass market analysis, financial projections, operational plans, and marketing strategies.
- Present an idea or vision in written and verbal form.
