What you will learn

After successfully completing this course, you¡¯ll be able to:

  1. Evaluate the impact of different processes and technologies on food products
  2. Describe and appraise the application of novel food processes and technologies
  3. Analyse the engineering principles involved in processing and storage of foods
  4. Collate, critically review, and communicate information effectively in written and oral form to layman and expert audiences.
